Overview
At RFT Loader, we want every user to have a fair and clear understanding of our refund policy before purchasing OTPs or tokens. This page explains when refunds apply, when they do not, and how to submit a request.
⚠️ OTPs are digital one-time credits. Once an OTP is successfully consumed by a completed operation, it cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
When You Will Get a Refund or OTP Restore
We will restore your OTP or issue a replacement in the following situations:
- The operation failed due to a problem on our server or authentication system
- Our server went down during the operation before it completed
- You were charged an OTP but received an error that was caused by our tool — not your device or your action
- Duplicate OTP deduction caused by a server-side bug
✅ In these cases, contact us within 7 days on Telegram with your username and the operation details — we will verify and restore your OTP.
When You Will NOT Get a Refund
- OTP was successfully consumed and the operation completed on our server
- You selected the wrong device, wrong model, or wrong operation
- The device was incompatible — always check supported models before using an OTP
- You did not follow the correct steps for the operation
- Your account was banned for violating our Terms & Conditions
- OTPs purchased from unofficial or third-party resellers — we cannot verify or refund these
- You changed your mind after the operation started
🚫 No exceptions will be made for the above cases. Please ensure you are using the correct tool and device before starting any operation.
Flash Tool — OTP Loss Cases
The following situations will result in OTP consumption with no refund. These are inherent to how the tool and server work:
| # | Situation | Refund |
| 1 | Device connected but authentication completed on server side | No Refund |
| 2 | OTP sent to server but device disconnected mid-operation | No Refund |
| 3 | Auth success but device failed to respond after reset | No Refund |
| 4 | Wrong device model selected — OTP used on server | No Refund |
| 5 | USB disconnection after server confirmed the job | No Refund |
| 6 | Device bootloop after operation — server job was successful | No Refund |
| 7 | Operation timed out after server already consumed the OTP | No Refund |
MSM Tool — OTP Loss Cases
The same rules apply to MSM Tool operations. These cases result in OTP loss with no refund:
| # | Situation | Refund |
| 1 | MSM handshake completed on server — device side failed | No Refund |
| 2 | Device entered EDL but disconnected before flashing | No Refund |
| 3 | Wrong firmware or partition selected by user | No Refund |
| 4 | Driver issue on user's PC caused flash failure after server auth | No Refund |
| 5 | Device permanently damaged before operation reached completion | No Refund |
| 6 | OTP consumed by server but flash failed due to unstable USB | No Refund |
| 7 | Operation repeated on same device consuming a second OTP | No Refund |
General OTP Rules
- OTPs do not expire as long as your account is active and in good standing
- OTPs cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another account
- If our server has downtime, your OTP is safe — it will not be deducted until the operation completes
- Always purchase OTPs from our official resellers — we cannot support OTPs from unknown sources
- One OTP = one job. Using it on the wrong device does not entitle you to a replacement
